A very short note about an older experiment with paper negatives and my first results ...
Some time ago I used a Falz & Werner 18x24 ( Leipzig, 1899 ) wood camera with a Voigtlander Cooke triple anastigmat 280mm for some Paper Negative Experiments. I shot artifacts ( seashells and vintage cameras ) and some portraits.
I used available, continuous and strobe lighting. The portraits are the less successful trials ... especially the use of strobe lights in combination with a barrel lens ... but the subject is very promising and I would continue ...
The correct exposure is a critical issue ... I assumed 2-6 ISO as the basic sensitivity of the paper. The resolution of the scanned images is amazing!!!
